Do I need to be a developer to integrate Zolak Configurator with Wix?

Not really. You (or your Wix Partner) just paste a code snippet in Dev Mode (Velo). Our team guides you through it.

Can I use Zolak on the free Wix plan?

No. You need a Premium Plan (Business Basic or higher) to use Custom Elements and accept online payments.

What if I don’t have 3D models yet?

We provide professional 3D modeling and texturing services. Our team creates accurate digital twins based on your real products.

How does Zolak handle out-of-stock options?

If you already have 3D models, we’ll review and upload them to your Zolak CMS account. If not, our team creates high-quality digital twins with true-to-life materials that match real-world finishes.

3D modeling time depends on catalog size and product complexity:

Simple model: ~30 minutes
Medium complexity: ~1.5 hours
Complex: ~4 hours
Ultra-complex: ~6+ hours

Once assets are ready, embedding the Zolak configurator into your Wix site takes just a few minutes using a ready-to-use code snippet.

Is this a Wix app?

No, Zolak is not a native Wix App from the Wix App Market.
