FAQ

Do I need to be a developer to integrate Zolak with Salesforce?
No. Default integration only requires adding a JavaScript snippet to your theme. Our team can assist if you want custom placement.
Will the 3D configurator slow down my page load speed?
No. The configurator loads asynchronously via CDN, so your main page content loads first. Optimized 3D assets ensure smooth performance across devices.
Can Zolak handle complex product configurations?
Zolak is built for modern eCommerce where visual clarity drives conversion. It lets customers customize products (like color, material, or finish) while ensuring only valid combinations are shown.

For highly complex modular systems or full CPQ workflows, custom implementations are available based on your product logic.
What if I don’t have 3D models yet?
We provide professional 3D modeling and texturing services. Our team creates accurate digital twins based on your real products.
Typically, this requires:
  • Product photos from multiple angles
  • Exact dimensions (height, width, depth)
  • Material or finish references
Can multiple teams manage the system?
Yes. Zolak provides a secure CMS where your product and marketing teams can manage all 3D assets in one place. You can update products, materials, and variants without developer involvement.
Is it scalable for large catalogs?
Absolutely. Zolak is built for enterprise-scale catalogs, supporting thousands of SKUs and variants without compromising performance or visual quality.
